Age Limit
All purchases on this site must be made only by persons over the age of 18 years old. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are certifying that you are over the age of 18 years. On this site checkout cannot be completed until you select the agreement indicating you acceptance of these terms of sale. This acceptance shall stand as legal affirmation that the purchaser is of legal age being 18 years or older.
Payment
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal Checkout for your convenience. You can also order online then send us a check. Please be advised that payment by check will delay shipment of your order until payment is received and cleared.
Sales Tax
Based on the buyer shipping address, a 7% sales tax will be added to orders originating in the State of Indiana.

Final Agreement
This agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof. Any modifications will be posted on the sellers Internet web site for client review. Should the buyer disagree to any future changes the buyer may withdraw from the agreement and be liable only for services rendered, or at Discount Tool Importers dba Discount Sportsman Store discretion, be bound only to the terms of the original agreement as it appeared on the date and time of the product purchase.
Severability & Attorney Fees
Every term contained in this Term of Sale Agreement is severable from every other term contained herein. If any term is judged to be unenforceable, it shall not effect the enforceability of the other terms. If legal action must be taken to collect payment or to enforce any term of this agreement then Discount Tool Importers dba Discount Sportsman Store, shall be entitled to Interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per year compiled monthly from the date of default, and all reasonable collection costs including court and attorney fees.
Applicable Law
The laws of the State of Indiana shall govern all interpretation of this agreement.
Venue
Any action brought by any party to this agreement shall be filed in, and venues shall lie in the LaPorte County courts in the State of Indiana.
Seller Warrants
A copy of this agreement has been made available to the buyer via Internet. The Buyer by making payment for said service he or she has agreed to the terms of this agreement. The electronic signature of terms acceptance shall be considered acknowledgement of and acceptance of these terms and conditions and indicates the agreement of all involved parties to be bond to all the above terms of sale.
All policies stated here above, in our Shipping Policies and in our Returns Polices are agreed to and bound upon both parties upon the consummation of any sale completion via the www.discountsportsmanstore.com site or Discount Sportsman Store Order Form.
Consummation of any purchase from Discount Tool Importers dba Discount Sportsman Store binds all involved parties to this contract.
